Last week, a new bill passed in Illinois from the State Senate and House of Representatives that will criminalize anybody caught attempting to, or secretly recording law enforcement. This will attempt to protect people's freedom of speech and privacy. There are still a number of questions concerning it and what stipulations it falls under.
