Blue Steel Mixtape
Near an overly saturated mixing board, drenched with countless hours of unrelenting passion, we find two individuals springboarding their thoughts from the vocal box to the iPod with unparalled ease. These two people take from the ether of creativity, slalom through their everyday thoughts, and package together an end product that is so ridiculously fly that it either makes you want to extrude extreme amounts of hate or the exact reciprocal.illRoots.com: Why the name Blue Steel?
1st Down: We watched Zoolander an 88 kept saying Zoolander instead of fly an cool. Steve-O came up with doing 2 mixtapes based off the two looks of Zoolander. Blue Steel and Magnum.

iR: Personal Favorites?
88: My personal favorites are "kirby" and "I'm from Atlanta bitch".
1st Down: My personal favorites are "Shopaholic" and "Satisfaction".
iR: Why GFC?



88: We went with GFC because cuz they do it for there culture and so do we.

iR: Your style in 3 words?
1st Down: Iggy, Iggy, Iggy.
iR: The most important part of your lives?
88: Right now I would have to say my family cause we've been though a lot and we still going through shit. My pops is a gangster.
1st Down: I would have to say finishing school, which I just graduated this month and now pursuing music full time.
iR: What does Blue Steel convey?
88: Blue Steel is the start to a new beginning in music. We're not all about that shot um up bang bang shit.
1st Down: I think it conveys how we feel it represents our lives. We 'bout having fun, getting girls and dressing nice… I mean what more do you need.
iR: FKi is?
1st Down: We formed FKi to represent who we were. Were different from your average rappers that's on the radio right now. FKi is for anybody who wakes up and feels good, looks in the mirror and know they're zooly. It's a mindstate.
iR: Give me a term that you two use in your everyday common vernacular that we may not know about.
88: Zoolander.

iR How important was Fullsail in the advancement of your careers?
1st Down: With Fullsail, we learned how to effectively mix and record our own music

iR: One Album, One Producer, if you could have your last album produced by one producer whom would be and why?
Both: Timbaland!
iR: Upcoming Album?Synopsis of what to expect?
1st Down: Zoolander is going to be our official industry album but we have another mixtape coming called Magnum that's going to be us doing all the production with other artist hopping on our beats like Mickey Factz and many others.
