Fans will be granted an all-access pass to the once guarded behind the scene areas. With the use of breakthrough technology viewers will have a front row seat for ever exciting minute, on and off stage. Cameras dispersed throughout the Mixtape Awards venue providing full coverage of artists and DJs including the red carpet, the stage and all the mixing and mingling throughout the awards show.
Viewers will be able to actively participate with nominees and guests via a chat room format. Between 500- 2000 guests will be granted the opportunity to interact with their favorite artists and DJs through a question/answer segment of the show.
The 2008 Mixtape Awards is the first and only awards show to feature this ground-breaking technology and live online participation.
