Fresh off his win against Freeway Ricky Ross over a name dispute, Rick Ross is heading back to court with a lawsuit against LMFAO over copyright infringement. This stems from LMFAO's single 'Party Rock Anthem' containing the phrase "every day I'm shuffling" which has the same cadence as Rozay's 2006 single 'Hustlin''. Due to the similarities, Ross is seeking damages, which could end up being a large number, seeing as 'Party Rock Anthem' has sold more than 7 millions copies. Stay tuned for for information on this case in the coming months.
