No One Man Should Have All That Power.
As everyone by now probably noticed, we were losing weight for a new movie role down for almost all of yesterday. So what happened?
We got hacked this morning. Whoever it was got their way inside Wordpress, and did some relatively harmless tom-foolery, which has since been reversed. Then, as we were in the process of fixing it, the entire site went down, which then led to the entire server going down. Turns out, we were the target of an elaborate DoS attack (at this time we cannot tell if the two events were orchestrated by the same people). This was not the first time this occurred; earlier this week we were the target of a similar attack, which did take the site offline for short period of time.
We have been spending the entire day running on a treadmill getting the site back up, and I would like to thank everyone for their patience and continued support.
