Meek Mill's Reform Alliance Foundation gathered at the Philadelphia Municipal Services Building to introduce a new bill. Their proposed legislation will be aimed towards restructuring strict probation and parole laws in the state of Pennsylvania. Van Jones, Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin and Pennsylvanian Democratic & Republican politicians joined for the introduction of the Criminal Justice reform bill as well.
