In the new issue of Rolling Stone, Lil' Wayne graces the cover with a questionable mug. The piece is extremely informative and definitley worth picking up on newsstands now. In the article, we get a bit of information on Tha Carter IV, most notably that Wayne has been cooking up some tracks with Kanye West and that only three or four songs from before his imprisonment will make the cut.
