Lil' Wayne announces his forthcoming tour which will feature Rae Sremmurd titled 'The Dedication' tour. The New Orleans MC and Mississippi-duo will head out on the 19-city tour starting in El Paso, Texas on January 21st and ends in Lincoln, Nebraska on March 6th.
