Jay Z will be throwing a concert to help Hillary Clinton rally up votes in Ohio titled 'Get Out The Vote.' With this performance, Hov hopes to influence more groups of people to vote in the big swing state. He also conducted a similar movement in support of President Barack Obama for the 2008 election. Expect this event to go down on November 4th.
