In The NFL: Week 8

Large

I went 8-5 last week. Damn the Giants.
Broncos at Baltimore: At the beginning of the season no one outside of Colorado would expect this game to be competitive. The hilarity doesn't stop there either, because the Broncos should actually be favored in this match. They're undefeated in the AFC, which is often considered stronger than the NFC, and they're facing a Ravens team which is sketchy at best at this point in the season. The Broncos will win this game by seven.
Giants at Philadelphia: The Giants looked just as unstoppable as the Saints the week before they had to face them. The Eagles are a team that can look unstoppable at one point of a game and vulnerable to failure at many other points in that same game. This match could be considered even for those that watched the night games last week, but it's really not. The Giants will look like their old week 5 selves once again, posting up a victory with strong conviction.
Minnesota at Green Bay: The Packers were the sexy Superbowl pick once upon a time. The media is trying to make this game out to be huge. Favre coming back to Green Bay, blah blah blah. This game will depend on the Packers offensive line. If they continue to play poorly then this game will be in the Vikings' hands from beginning to end.

Falcons at New Orleans: This looks like the makings of an epic shootout. What everyone should be paying attention to is how the defenses' of both of these teams responds. If the Saints defense can hold the Falcons defense then the whispers of a shot at the SB will grow louder. This game wont really be that competitive however, the Saints will continue on their path to NFL dominance. It will be intriguing though.
Rest of this week's matches:
Texans at Buffalo
Browns at Chicago
Seahawks at Dallas
Dolphins at New York
49ers at Indianapolis
Rams at Detroit
Raiders at San Diego
Jaguars at Tennessee
Panthers at Arizona
