Google is celebrating the birth of hip-hop, which they trace back to August 11, 1973- the date DJ Kool Herc played instrumentals at a party in the Bronx. The Doodle was created by Cey Adams, and lets you mix samples while you get a hip-hop history lesson. Check out the Google homepage today and try it out for yourself.
